Sunday School is held each Sunday from 9:45-10:45 am. You are welcome to join any class. There is Sunday School for all ages and stages.
Biblically Challenged is a class made up of those in their mid-20's
through 30-something; however, we are open to anyone of any age looking to
deepen their understanding of the Bible. A discussion format is used
to encourage the sharing of thoughts and ideas in order to grow together
and with God. We support each other through prayer and fellowship
and plan several social activities throughout the year.
Christian Crusaders is a
class comprised of people of a more mature age (60+). We are open and friendly and share many social times
together as a class. The lesson topics for this class come from Cokesbury's
New International Lesson Series. The lessons are taught by a variety of
teachers. We participate in Elderberries+. They have limited
evening activities.
Christian Maturity 101 is a
group in our early 30's and 40's made up of mostly married couples with
young children. Our class began in 2001 at the beginning stages, and is
moving forward as we grow in the
Lord.
Crossroads is a class of people, ages
30+, who gather to study God's word and apply it to our daily lives. We
are very active in outreach to people within our church and community. If
you want to be actively involved, you would enjoy being a part of the
Crossroads class. We also enjoy class socials.
Deeper Walk is a class of
people of mixed ages, both singer and married. We use different studies to aid
us in going deeper in our
understanding of God's Word and discovering His will for our lives. This
class is very open, friendly and welcomes new members.
Hands and Hearts is a class
of people of a mature age. We are
very faithfully studying the Word of God, using the Union Gospel Press
lesson series. They enjoy some socials and welcome new members.
Heart and Home members typically range in ages from 20+ to 40.
The Bible based lessons focus on issues of living a Christ-like life and
raising children. They are very open and welcome new members.
Koinonia class is made up of
all ages and stages of life. It is comprised of both married couples and
single adults. The lessons are taught by various people and range from
daily living as a Christian to specific books of the Bible. We support
each other in prayer and love through good and bad times. We open our hearts
and class to new friends and look forward to fresh ideas and fellowship.
We socialize together.
Messengers is a class made up of members of mixed ages, both
married and single. The class is led by various adults utilizing
Cokesbury's New International Lesson Series. The class is very friendly
and ready to welcome new members. This class has a large focus on
intercessory prayer.
Methodical Bible Study is a
group of mixed ages doing a communal reading of the Bible. Formed in early
2004, this group is small and welcomes new members and visitors. We study the Bible slowly,
methodically, verse by verse, looking for patterns and common themes while
allowing for the Holy Spirit to direct us. We have socially met for dinners and
fellowship and field trips.
Pathfinders is a group in
their mid 30's to late 50's who are studying different books of the Bible
under the teachings of members of the class. It is our desire, through this environment, to grow in the
Lord. The class is always willing and ready to receive new members.
Sojourners class is a
friendly class of people, many of whom are raising their families. Various
adults and class members lead the class. We study topics that enhance our Christian walk. The
Sojourners class is open and welcomes new members.
Triple C is a large class compromised of people ages 50+ that
are enjoying their adult children and grandchildren. The lessons, taught
by various adults, are both Bible based and informational in living the
Christian life. This class is very open to new members who enjoy the large
class atmosphere and lively discussion.
YES Class is comprised of adults in their 50's and 60's, both
single and married. They are taught by various teachers and class members
and share lesson topics related to Christian living and studies from
various books of the Bible. This is a large class that is very friendly,
shares social activities, and warmly welcomes new members.
