Women and Men of all ages and races, of every background, are welcome to seek membership at Christ United Methodist Church.  We ask that you say "yes" to four things:

• Do you renounce the spiritual forces of evil in our world, and repent of your sin?

• Do you confess Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior?

• Do you desire to live as His disciple through this congregation?

• Do you promise to support this congregation with your prayers, your presence, your gifts and your service?

A Membership Class will take place this fall. See Pastor David, Pastor Ted, or the outreach director, Max Eveland if you are interested in a class.

• Youth Confirmation Class

Youth Confirmation is offered for youth who are sixth grade and older.  Classes will begin September 14, 2008 and run through confirmation on May 31, 2009.  The classes will be held on Sunday evenings from 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm. Confirmation will take place on Pentecost Sunday (this year that will be May 31, 2009).  If baptism is desired, baptism by sprinkling, pouring or immersion can be arranged. This was an in-depth study covering:  Our Community of Faith, Our History and Heritage, Our Life Together, Our Beliefs, Our Decision. This class will be taught by Pastor David and Carol.  Please contact Pastor David, Carol or Terri Haehnle, Christian Education Director, if you are interested in this confirmation class.
